MR ANDREW DOUGLAS FLEMING

Andrew Fleming was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Compass Development (WA) Pty Ltd in March 2007 and is the company’s founding member.
Andrew is also the Senior Partner and CEO of DevLend Pty Ltd.

Andrew is an Entrepreneur, Investor and diverse business owner.  His wide array of certified experience includes Real Estate, Financial Services, and Mechanical Engineering.  He has a background in the underground mining services industry, residential and commercial property sales, management and development; financial planning, mortgage and finance broking.  Andrew is an accomplished opportunity taker who has extensive leadership skills and a deep understanding of organisational and strategic development including business planning, strategic marketing, acquisitions, and investments.

Andrew is a determined character who applies intuition and analysis to assist in decision making.  Creative, reliable, and knowledgeable, Andrew has substantial history in forming prosperous relationships through his win/win attitude, and understands that true success is accomplished by helping others achieve their goals.

Andrews experience as a property developer has proved invaluable in his role as CEO of DevLend, a commercial finance firm specialising in Short Term and Development finance, and as CEO of Compass Development, a niche development company specialising in medium to large scale residential and commercial projects.

Integral to the team at Compass Development are Glen Van Ooran whose experience includes investment banking, stock and mortgage broking and business development, and Amanda King, an experienced business administrator.

Glen Van Ooran is a Director of Compass Development (WA) Pty Ltd and the Business Development Manager for DevLend Pty Ltd.

Glen has worked in the banking and finance industry since 1985 where he began his carer in retail banking.
In 1999 Glen’s career moved into investment banking and stock broking with several major broking firms before moving into derivatives dealing and advising after completing specialist accreditations with the Australian Stock and Sydney Futures Exchanges.  He has held roles with various institutions as both a technical analyst and a senior derivatives advisor.

In addition Glen has also consulted to various hedge funds and organisations, both nationally and internationally, on the subject of trading strategies and risk management.
