Dear Andrew,
We are writing to thank Kate (past Dynamic DevLend Team Member) for all of her assistance and support in our application for a Keystart Homeloan. Kate has been excellent throughout the whole process and without her persistence we do not believe our finance would have been approved. Although she was not technically our mortgage broker, Kate acted in the role and worked to the highest standards we could ever have expected. Kate was always able to be contacted and was more than happy to answer our questions, of which there was plenty!
We would like to commend Kate on her customer service skills and thank her for keeping us both reassured and informed throughout the application and approval process.
Finally we would like to thank you and the team at Dev Lend for all of your assistance in helping us buy our land. We realise that our case was not an easy one and the assistance provided has been greatly appreciated. We trust that Kate will be recognised appropriately for her role in our case.
